I am an associate member of the British Association for Musical Therapy.
Throughout history, music has been used therapeutically to support and improve well-being, and facilitate positive change. Today, music therapy is an established psychological clinical intervention, to help people of all ages, who lives have been affected by injury, illness or disability through supporting their psychological, emotional, cognitive, physical, communicative and social needs.
We have a fully functional music studio in which you can explore your creativity and develop new skills. Whether you need to bang something, rattle it, strum it, sing it or hit the keys we have something for you.
